Administrative Assistant Vacancy PT

We are currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of professionals at Global Tech Malta on a Part Time basis.

Reporting to the Company Admin the selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include general front office duties such as:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
  • Primary Customer support
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Processing Mail
  • Data inputting
  • Filing
  • Other ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks that may be assigned by managers or direct superior


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or receptionist
  • Excellent call handling skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like photocopiers, binders, etc
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
