We are currently looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of professionals at Global Tech Malta on a Part Time basis.
Reporting to the Company Admin the selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include general front office duties such as:
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Primary Customer support
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Processing Mail
- Data inputting
- Filing
- Other ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks that may be assigned by managers or direct superior
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or receptionist
- Excellent call handling skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like photocopiers, binders, etc
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
